Waters Car Wash Refund and Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Waters Car Wash for your vehicle cleaning needs. We strive to provide our customers with excellent service, but we understand that sometimes situations arise where a refund or cancellation may be necessary. This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to refunds and cancellations.
Refunds
- All refund requests must be made in person at your nearest Waters Car Wash location. Please provide your receipt or proof of purchase at the time of request.
- Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment. If you paid by credit card, your card will be credited. If you paid by cash, a cash refund will be provided.
- The amount of the refund will be based on the services purchased and any services already rendered.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for the processing of credit card refunds.
Cancellations
- Customers wishing to cancel an unlimited club plan can do so online via our website or in person at any Waters Car Wash location.
- I authorize Waters Car Wash 2 to charge my credit card the full amount on the selected interval basis, minimum one (1) month. I understand that this automatic charge will remain in effect until I cancel my Unlimited Club plan.
- Waters Car Wash 2 must have three days’ notice of cancellation before the next billing cycle. No refunds for mid-interval cancellations.
- I understand that Waters Car Wash 2 may cancel this plan at any time if the credit card is declined or is invalid. Waters Car Wash 2 has the right to change the billing rate with 30 days’ notice.
- Waters Car Wash 2 Unlimited plan is for personal use only. Not for taxis, limousine, dealership or commercial use.
- Plan cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, wash tickets or gift cards. We reserve the right to modify or cancel this program and specific memberships at will, at any time.
- Tampering with license plate(s) could result in cancellation of wash plan.
